1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rising Brands Social ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"), operated by Rising Brands LTD, 29 Baldwin Street, Bristol, BS1 1LT, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Rising Brands LTD governing your access to and use of risingbrrands.com and all associated simulators, features and content. By accessing the platform, creating a profile, or clicking "I am 18 or older", you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Definitions

"Account" means the personal profile you register to access the platform. "Rising Coins" or "RC" means the free virtual currency used within the platform. "Simulator" means any interactive game, slot, or entertainment feature offered on the platform. "Content" means all text, graphics, images, audio and software made available through the platform. "You" means the individual accessing the platform.

3. Nature of the Service

Rising Brands Social is a free-to-play social casino intended purely for entertainment. All simulators use Rising Coins, a virtual currency with no monetary value. Rising Coins cannot be purchased for the promise of a cash return, and can never be exchanged, withdrawn, redeemed or transferred for real money, prizes, merchandise or any item of real-world value. Any depiction of "winning" is simulated and confers no financial benefit. Success in our simulators does not imply any future success in real-money gambling.

4. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We operate a mandatory age-verification gate at entry. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features you must register an account with accurate, current and complete information. You agree to keep your registration details up to date. We permit exactly one account per individual. Creating multiple or duplicate accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, is prohibited and may result in consolidation or termination of the affected accounts.

6. Account Security & Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

7. Virtual Currency (Rising Coins)

Rising Coins are licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial, entertainment use within the platform. We may issue, adjust, expire or revoke Rising Coins at our discretion. Rising Coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable between accounts, and are non-refundable. On termination of your account, any remaining Rising Coins are forfeited without compensation.

8. Optional Premium Subscriptions & Billing

We offer optional premium tiers (Glacier Explorer, Volcanic Vanguard and Aurora Sovereign) that grant additional Rising Coins and social features. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled and appear on your statement as "RISING BRANDS LTD BRISTOL". You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged or of virtual items already delivered. Prices may change on prior notice.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the platform by any third party. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms and any posted guidelines.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: (a) use bots, automation, scripts or exploits; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the platform; (d) harass, abuse or harm other users; (e) upload malicious code; (f) misrepresent your identity or age; or (g) use the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content, branding, trademarks, graphics, simulator interfaces and software are owned by or licensed to Rising Brands LTD and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party game simulators are the property of their respective providers and are displayed under licence. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Content for personal entertainment only.

12. Third-Party Content & Links

The platform may embed third-party game simulators and link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Access to third-party content is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.

13. User Communications

Any messages you send through our support chat or contact forms must be respectful and lawful. We may review communications for safety, quality and compliance. You grant us a licence to use feedback you provide to improve the platform, without obligation to you.

14. Service Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, simulator or the entire platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability, technical glitch, server downtime or connection interruption during your sessions.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure or continuously available.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rising Brands LTD and its directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill or profits, arising from or related to your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rising Brands LTD from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

18. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. On termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately and any Rising Coins are forfeited. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be brought to your attention where practicable. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
